Royal Canin were looking for an online tool which site visitors could use to find the perfect product for their pet. This required both customer research, and extensive research within the company due to the brand responsibility involved in ensuring the correct product(s) was/were recommended for pet health.
I proposed the strategy for the tool, then produced a working prototype before the design and build phase. It was essential that the tool balanced the needs of the user with the needs of Royal Canin, who’s goal was to both help an engage the user, and promote purchase.
